The Positions
Activity Staff (18+ years old)
Activity Staff are responsible for the welfare of the children during activities and free time. They deliver safe, creative, exciting, fun and enjoyable activity sessions according to the training they receive.
No previous experience is required, because we train all our staff to deliver top notch activity sessions and keep the children occupied 24/7, however, it is necessary for our activity staff to be fluent in English.
For anyone with specialist qualifications in kayaking, life guarding, arts and crafts, dance and drama and/or sports, we have specialist positions for you which will offer new experience and opportunities.
English Teachers - TESOL (18+ years old with teaching experience)
KG Adventure looks for TESOL Teachers not only for our busy summer season (June - Aug), but we also look for freelance TESOL teachers that are available throughout the year (residential or non residential).
TESOL Teachers are required to be native English speakers, and have a suitable expertise to teach English to others. Qualification/certification is not necessary but a passion for working with a diverse group of young people is a necessity.
Applicants need to be at least 18 years of age by the time they begin their teaching with us. As teaching English forms such a large part of what we do, we are looking for motivated and passionate teachers to provide creative, imaginative and captivating lessons using our course material, while inspiring students to reach their full potential in and out of the classroom. Teachers are responsible for applying the prescribed lesson plans, and delivering enjoyable English classes to students.

Camp Leader (18+ years old)
If your interests are more towards the pastoral care of the children, this is a great opportunity to get to know the children outside of their activity time. You will be the main contact for the international and English residential campers, and will help them with their daily routine, making sure they arrive for their activities, meals, and excursions, while having a great experience making friends and enjoying residential life at camp.
The camp leader is an integral part of KG Adventure, as you are the first person the children will come into contact with during airport pick-ups and the last one to wave them off on their departure.
Volunteers (18+ years old)
For those from other European countries who wish to be submersed in the English culture while gaining new skills, knowledge and experience in a fun, social working environment then this is for you.
Full board accommodation and cultural excursions are included.You will support the Camp Leader in the pastoral care of the residential children.
Domestic Staff
In summer especially, we require hardworking domestic staff to work in the kitchens or to do housekeeping at our camps. You are still able to enjoy the energetic and exciting working environment and contribute greatly to the life and atmosphere on site. There are residential and non-residential positions available. If you have a high standard of cleanliness or have passion and pride in your culinary talents these roles could suit you down to the ground.
Residential Camps
Ever fancied living in a mansion? All our camps are based within beautiful independent boarding schools with breathtaking, picturesque surroundings.
You can choose to live on-site with other staff and get completely involved in the excitement of camp life and spend your evenings taking part in activities such as campfire, casino night or even dj-ing your very own disco!

Day Camps
If residential living is not your cup of tea, at some centres you can opt to live out combining the comforts of home with the action packed days at camp. Day camps operate from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. The KG Adventure atmosphere, the range of activities and the magnificent scenery are the same at all our camps. Whichever camp you work at, you are guaranteed to have an exciting and memorable experience.

Selection Days
Once you have decided which role you like the look of from the list above, completed an on-line application form, all of our potential staff then need to attend one of our recruitment selection days.
This not only gives you a chance to see what we have to offer, but also gives you a real chance to showcase your skills and sell yourself!
Selection days are based at one of our activity centres and run by current activity staff, so you'll know exactly what to expect if you were to become a member of staff and instead of just reading past staff comments you can ask them face to face and find out what it is like to be part of the KG Adventure team.
