• 2 sets of footwear – including a pair of trainers for getting wet
• Coat /Jacket
• Wash bag – toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo/conditioner

For those staying longer than a week we do offer a free of charge laundry service.

TOP TIP! – Making a list of what has been packed included in your suitcase can be used to check off items when packing for home.

You’ll be far too busy with activities to need:
• Games Consoles
• Mobile Phones

If a mobile phone is brought to camp, it will be kept in the Centre Managers office throughout the day.
We can’t indemnify for loss of or damage to expensive possessions such as games consoles, which is why these are best left at home.

Other valuables, such as train tickets, cash and passports, can be securely stored in the Centre Manager’s office.

Pocket Money

Day Campers
As all indoor and outdoor activities are included in the package there is little need for large amounts of cash especially if your child is just coming for the day.

Residential Campers
Most children staying on a residential basis arrive with between £5 and £20 per week, depending on whether they are going on an excursion or not.

Pocket money is ‘banked’ on arrival, withdrawals being made from the KG Adventure Tuck Shop. This meets the dual aims of guarding against accidental loss and encouraging sensible budgeting.

 Top Tips for Parents

• This is an activity holiday, so clothing should be tough and easily washed rather than expensive.
• Each item should be name-tagged and we ask you to check that all your child's possessions are taken home from camp at the end of their stay.
• All children will have access to both changing rooms and secure storage.
